Your Responsibilities:
- Building a quality sales team.
- Leading, motivating, and training our sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- implementing our effective sales strategies to sell & buy more vehicles.
- Structure deals, manage inventory, and be able to maximize Gross Profit.
- Builds customer experience. Our customers are the most important part of our business.
What you bring to the table:
- Sales & finance management experience at a used vehicle dealership.
- Experience in deal structuring, inventory management, and profit optimization.
- Good & effective leadership, communication, and the willingness to work as a team.
- Ability to adapt to our training, processes & to bring your ideas as well.
- Ability to meet & exceed sales goals.
