SUNSET AUTO WHOLESALE

My name is Kenny Clarey, and I’m the General Manager here at Sunset Auto Wholesale.

Ten years ago, someone gave me an opportunity that changed my life. I went from salesperson to Sales Manager because someone saw my work ethic, my hunger to learn, and my willingness to do what it took to help the dealership win.

Since then, I’ve continued to train, grow, and push myself as a salesperson, leader, and operator. Today, I’m in a position to become a partner in this business and eventually purchase the store from the owner.

Now I’m looking for the next person with that same drive.

This is not just another sales manager job. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something, lead people, grow with the dealership, and potentially be in a position one day to own or help run this store at the highest level.

I’m looking for someone who is hungry, coachable, competitive, customer-focused, and serious about growth. Someone who knows how to work a deal, build a team, create accountability, and live inside the CRM. Someone who understands that success in this business comes from follow-up, process, energy, leadership, and doing the little things right every single day.

If you’re currently a top automotive salesperson who is ready to step into management, or an experienced Sales Manager looking for a place where your effort can actually turn into long-term opportunity, I want to talk to you.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong automotive sales experience with a proven ability to sell, close, and follow up.
Someone who is highly active in the CRM and understands that fortune is in the follow-up.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to create a great buying experience.
Leadership ability, whether you’ve officially managed before or you’re the person others already look to on the floor.
Strong communication, coaching, and deal-closing skills.
High energy, strong accountability, and a competitive mindset.
Someone who is organized, process-driven, and willing to lead from the front.
A person who wants more than a job and is serious about building a career.

What You’ll Do:

Help lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
Train the team on lead handling, appointments, follow-up, and customer communication.
Work internet, phone, and showroom leads alongside the team.
Improve CRM activity, accountability, and overall sales process.
Help desk deals, maximize opportunities, and support strong gross and volume.
Build real relationships with customers and employees.
Help create a winning culture built on performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with leadership to grow the dealership and build something special.

Why Join Sunset Auto Wholesale?

Growing independent dealership with real opportunity for advancement.
Strong inventory, aggressive marketing, and room to increase market share.
Direct access to leadership and the ability to make a visible impact.
Competitive pay plan with performance bonuses.
Fast-paced environment where effort and results matter.
A chance to grow into something much bigger than a traditional sales manager role.

If you’re ready to step up, lead from the front, and build a career with real upside, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and let’s talk about where this opportunity could take you.
